What is Putty Plus?
Putty Plus (MP 306) is a cement-based, polymer-modified wall and ceiling filler designed to smooth interior and exterior plaster surfaces. It effectively repairs pores, pits, and fine cracks, creating a flawless finish for subsequent coatings.

Application Guidelines
**Surface Preparation:** – Remove contaminants (e.g., mold, loose particles) and ensure the substrate is stable. – Eliminate low-adhesion or unstable areas. – Address dusting on plastered surfaces by lightly moistening the substrate before application.
Mixing Instructions:
- Add clean water (7.5–8 liters per 20 kg bag) to a mixing container.
- Gradually incorporate the powder into the water.
- Blend using a low-speed hand mixer until uniform.
- Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes, then remix until achieving a smooth, homogeneous consistency.
Application Steps:
Apply the prepared compound using a steel trowel in layers of 1–3 mm thickness.
For thicker applications (>3 mm), apply in two coats: allow the first coat to partially set before adding the second.
Avoid excessive thickness in a single layer to prevent cracking or uneven drying.
