How to Use Hydraulic Natural Lime – HK 25 kg
Surface Quality: – Surfaces must be clean, smooth, structurally sound, and free of dust, oil, grease, rust, mold release agents, detergents, or other contaminants that hinder adhesion. – Remove weak or unstable fragments from the substrate.
Surface Preparation:
- For historical masonry, ensure surfaces are stable, dust-free, and clean.
- Thoroughly remove oil, grease, rust, or residues that weaken adhesion.
- Pre-moisten the wall surface to enhance mortar adhesion and setting time.
- Seal water leaks using appropriate plugs and ensure proper drainage.
Mixing Process:
- Measure the required amount of clean water into a mixing container.
- Gradually add HK 310 powder to the water while mixing with a 400–500 RPM mixer for approximately 4 minutes until homogeneous.
