Cement-Based Machine Plaster – MS 40 kg: Surface Preparation
- The substrate must be clean, dry, dust-free, structurally sound, and free from frost, efflorescence (salt/lime deposits), or loose particles.
- Repair any cracks, voids, or damaged areas prior to application.
- In extremely hot weather, pre-cool dry, highly absorbent surfaces to prevent rapid drying.
- Prepare raw concrete, aerated concrete, or other porous surfaces with a pre-spray or suitable primer to enhance adhesion.
- Ensure pre-spray or primer fully covers the substrate and is completely dry before plastering.
- Direct application is permissible on brick walls.

How to Apply Cement-Based Machine Plaster – MS 40 kg
Aktiwex Machine Plasters are applied using specialized plastering machines. Ensure uniform distribution across the surface during machine application. After application, smoothen the surface with a trowel. Once hardened, sand down irregularities using appropriate hand tools. Lightly moisten the plastered surface and refine it with a damp sponge for a smooth finish.
