How to use Double Component Fully Elastic Waterproofing – 25 kg?
Surface Preparation:
The substrate must be clean, dry, dust-free, and sound; it should not be frozen or exhibit salt/lime efflorescence, and loose particles must be removed. Any defects must be repaired before application.
Application Conditions:
The recommended ambient temperature for application is between +5°C and +35°C. Do not apply under high humidity, excessive heat, or direct sunlight.
Application:
The powder component is added to the liquid component and mixed with a low-speed mixer for 5 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. After mixing, let it rest for 5 minutes, then mix again for 1 minute. The product is now ready for application. Apply the mixture with a brush or trowel in two layers. Wait at least 6 hours between each layer. Layers should be applied perpendicular to each other, targeting a minimum thickness of 3 mm. Waterproofing tape should be used in corners of the application area. After application, wait at least 3 days before proceeding with tiling, ceramics, or other finishes.
