How to use Bitumen Primer 512, 18 kg?
Surface Preparation:
The surface to be applied should be free from dust, dirt, rust, and oil; loose particles should be scraped off; sharp edges and corners should be rounded.
Application Method:
Before applying the primer to the surface to be insulated, the smoothness, dryness, cleanliness of the surface, and the presence of adequate slope should be checked. Once these conditions are met, apply 512 to the surface with a brush or spray gun at a rate of 400 g per square meter and wait for it to dry completely. If necessary, it can be diluted with up to 20% water. Depending on weather conditions, it dries in approximately 4-5 hours. In case of double coat applications, the second coat should not be applied before the first coat is completely dry. The membrane application process should begin after the primer has dried completely.
