- Provides excellent adhesion even on difficult surfaces.
- Resistant to water pooling and UV resistant.
- Applied directly with a brush or roller.
- Provides excellent protection against carbonation.
- Has very high mechanical strength.
- The surface can be painted or covered with ceramics.
Where is Elastomeric Resin-Based UV-Resistant Liquid Membrane 20 kg used?
- On precast surfaces and exterior facades,
- In water tanks, swimming pools, and ornamental pools,
- On sloped terrace roofs,
- In wet areas such as bathrooms, WCs, and balconies,
- On the exterior facades of silo warehouses and buildings,
- Used as an elastic waterproofing material on reinforced concrete, galvanized sheet, polyurethane foam, zinc, PVC eaves, and hidden gutter surfaces.
How to use Elastomeric Resin-Based UV-Resistant Liquid Membrane 20 kg?
Surface Preparation: If there are any water puddles or pooling on the surface, they must be removed. For wet areas and balconies where ceramics will be applied, all corners should be pre-taped. Surfaces should be clean, smooth, solid, and free of any dust, oil, dirt, rust, form oil, detergents, or other substances that may prevent adhesion. If there is segregation in the concrete, damaged or loose parts must be removed, and weak particles should be eliminated. Any cracks or hollows in the surface to be applied must be repaired with appropriate repair mortars. Wait 3-4 days before proceeding with the application of 507. Make sure that the slope screed or concrete is laid in the direction of water flow. To check the slope, a screed rail should be held from the start point to the drain, and a level should be placed on top. If the slope is not correct or if there is a reverse slope, do not proceed with the application. The water flow direction should be adjusted by processing the concrete or screed. If necessary, additional screed or concrete should be poured.
