Application Instructions
The material should be mixed with an electric mixer for 3–4 minutes, allowed to rest for 5 minutes, and then mixed again before use. Under normal temperature and humidity conditions, the ceramics must be installed onto the combed mortar within 20 minutes. The open time is approximately 20 minutes under standard conditions; however, this period may be shorter depending on environmental factors. During application, maintain the desired joint spacing between the ceramics and lightly press them to ensure full contact between the mortar and the ceramic surface, allowing the mortar to embed completely. Joint filling should be performed approximately 24 hours after wall installations and about 48 hours after floor installations. It is recommended to use an appropriate AKTİWEX JOINT FILLER for the joints.
