How to Use Fine Surface Leveling and Repair Mortar – TH 25 kg
Surface Quality: Surfaces must be clean, smooth, sturdy, and free of dust, oil, grease, rust, mold release agents, detergents, or other adhesion-inhibiting substances. Weak or loose sections must be removed. Surface Preparation: Remove cement laitance and weakened parts. Ensure surfaces are free of oil, dirt, or rust. Pre-moisten highly absorbent surfaces, but avoid standing water. Mixing Process: 1. Add 4.0–5.0 liters of clean, room-temperature water to a clean container. 2. Gradually pour the 25 kg bag of Aktiwex 401-TH powder into the water. 3. Mix with a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous, lump-free consistency is achieved (minimum 5 minutes). 4. Let the mixture rest for 3 minutes, then remix for 2 minutes until uniform. 5. Do not add water or remix after the material begins to react.
